its time

I have been horrible about getting exercise in.
I found out about a 5K right across the street from my house, at the high school.
April 29th.

I am going to pay the $20 and sign up for the 5k walk.
If I don't just do it, I never will.
I also found there will be another 5k on July 4th.  Maybe I can run that one, rather than walk.
For now, I will be ok with walking, and hopefully not being dead last.

Which means, I need to start walking more.
I am canceling my gym membership to save some money, and because I haven't been going.
I can walk outdoors.
Between work, and trying to get Cooper to the park, I just haven't made the time to go to the gym.

I am down 68 pounds.
Kinda stuck.
Need to lose more.
Meet my goals.
I think walk/running will help.
It's something I desire.
